Client Experience Coordinator

Clearwired, an Albuquerque-based web consultancy, is looking for a Client Experience Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated to learn the business behind web application and software development in a fast-paced work environment. A sufficiently motivated candidate without the requisite skills will find this a great opportunity to learn the intricacies of internet software design and development from a management perspective.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point person on all Clearwired projects
• Communicate with Clearwired clients on a daily basis
• Maintain project schedules and updates through our project portal
• Manage internal resource allocation for ongoing and new projects
• Provide hands-on client training using Clearwired content management tools
• Prioritize and manage tasks across multiple concurrent projects
• Lead weekly internal project status meetings for the Clearwired team
• Serve as our client's internal advocate
• Consult and guide our clients through the design and development process
• Rally the design and programming teams to deliver the best
• Provide the world-class client services that our clients deserve

Qualifications

• Degree in Business/Marketing or relevant experience
• Excellent verbal and written technical communication skills
• Superb presentation skills, comfortable speaking in front of large groups
• A strong desire to learn how websites are planned, designed and developed
• Team leadership skills
• Ability to make decisions on the fly with incomplete information
• Exhibit the calmness of a Zen master while executing the project plan
• Experience using MS Project, Merlin, Daylite or other project management tools
